The Man Cave #2
This is the entrance of cave number 2, heavily guarded by surveillance cameras, singing trout, and Barney Fife. It is also the main headquarters of Operation Reindeer Rescue.
Here is:
a tile collection that is made into a work of art.
A newspaper momento...
Family photos on display, (nevermind the guy in the middle who looks like he could be Steve Martin; he is Steve Martin,)
and some birds of a feather that flock together...
and a few of those favorite things:
all under the protection of Barney.... Fife...

The Courtyard
My brother has a cactus garden. He wanted to give me one of his Madagascan cactus... I didn't know exactly how to manage to get it to my house though. He then offered me a tiny one, but I left it in his care.
One favorite thing was this pot bellied stove. It is quite a project to lay all those tiles around it. It is a work in progress, but in addition to having a nice patio when the job is completed sometime in the future, the boys are learning how to move really heavy things like iron bathtubs without using muscles...

The Man Cave #1
This is one of my brothers, in his man-cave.
Let's have a look around at some of his collections and works of art.
In addition to cars and keys and buckles, dog figurines and wild animal statues he also collects marionettes.... and other things that just sort of hang around...
There is an old telephone, with long distance, and a pink note... that deliberately didn't get captured by my camera that day.
And tiny treasures abound... here and there and everywhere....
as do old friends, like BINGO, who lives outside the cave and only comes in for visits.
There is Ho-Ho too.
This Santa is doing Yoga and then, of course, lunch....
Being bachelors and all, these guys do not cook.... at least not regularly, so the kitchen and the stove becomes a work of art.
And there is a courtyard...
