Well, not really.... my "dysfunctional" and separated family never had a family portrait made, at least not to my knowledge, but my very creative brother didn't let that stop him from making a tribute to our family. I have seen it several times now and finally took a photo of it. I like it.
The red and gray mask is our mom, the one to the right is dad.... then the two brothers in the middle and my sister and me.... (I guess I am the colorful one.... probably because I am the youngest.) The morbid one that is in the lower right-hand corner of the frame is Louigi... (representing a child born before me, but who was born stillborn.... )and yes, his name was to be Louigi.
I LOVE this!! a wonderful way of expression! I agree, you are the colorful one! it is a very poignant piece..belongs in a museum, i think.
