Where Is this Thing Called Spring?

I kid you not, there was white stuff accumulating on the ground last night where I was at.  It was hail, but at first glance it looked like snow.... white puddles were everywhere, the sky was dark and nd the air was cold.  Did someone actually think there would be warmer weather in spring? 

Keven, our pet Emu,  was wondering the same thing.just the other day.

The good news is that the grass is actually green, and getting greener!







The "snow" has melted, of course, but as I sit here it is 67 degrees inside and 47 degrees out,. I know my tomato plants are cold and wishing that they were drinking in the sunshime.
